StP Biplast 15 Wave is a sound-absorbing, heat-insulating, and anti-vibration material with a unique wave-pattern foam surface that traps sound waves more effectively than flat foam.

It’s perfect for improving acoustic comfort inside any vehicle — from daily drivers to premium builds.

👉 How much do you need?
One pack (7 sheets, 1.3 m² total coverage) is enough to:

• Treat all four doors (plastic door card) or

• Half of the roof

• Cover plastic trims or dashboard.

👉 Where to use it:

• Doors (inner panels and trims)

• Roof / headliner

• Plastic interior panels

• Dashboard and central console

👉 How to install:

1. Clean the surface (metal or plastic) — free from dust, oil, and residue.

2. Apply only on top of vibration damping 
   

3. Cut the foam to size, peel off the protective film.

4. Press evenly across the surface using light pressure or a roller.

5. Works best at +15 °C or above — if cooler, gently warm with a heat gun for stronger adhesion.
